Order & Delivery Charges

Spend $80 in a single order to enjoy free delivery to your doorstep. Any orders below $80 will incur a $12 delivery fee.

One order is exclusively to be sent to only one location.

We are working hard to provide our customers with the freshest range of seafood to be delivered on the same day. However, we are unable to provide you with the same day delivery option at the moment.

We have two delivery windows, Window A and Window B.

 

Window A: 9am to 1pm

Window B: 2pm to 6pm

We are unable to provide you with the specific time of arrival for your orders due to our current limitations and unforeseen circumstances. Rest assured, your orders will arrive during the time frame chosen.

Our cut off timing for orders eligible for next delivery is at 11am and due to our current logistical work frame, do adhere to the cut off timing if you require your orders to arrive the next working day.

 

For example, for a customer who places his order today at 10.45am, he will be able to choose from either Window A‘s (9am to 1pm) or Window B’s (2pm to 6pm) time frame for their orders to be delivered the next working day.

 

However, for a customer who places his order at 3pm, he will only be able to choose their scheduled delivery for the following working day.

 

Before checking out, do ensure that you have selected the preferred delivery date and time window for a smooth acquisition process. 

 

However, in the unfortunate event that no one is present to receive the order, we will be placing your orders at your doorstep and will not be liable for any lost orders. So, do ensure that someone is present to collect your orders.

Ideally, it will be best for someone to be present on the day of delivery to receive our freshest range of seafood ordered.

Products & Packaging

Here at Oceana Seafood, we strive to bring in only the freshest seafood products for you! We collaborate with renowned seafood suppliers offering an unbroken cold chain to ensure and achieve consistency in premium grade and high quality.

 

Our seafood range available on this platform is classified into three main categories; Fresh, Fresh Frozen, and Frozen.

Good things come to those who wait right? With the same concept in mind, we might be taking a while in the preparation of your orders. We abide by strict regulations in our work frame to ensure and maintain the exclusivity and freshness of our seafood items before delivering your orders to you.

Our products are flash frozen and individually vacuum packed. What does this mean?

 

We freeze our seafood items quickly at low temperature to ensure that the absence of oxygen discourages and guarantees zero bacterial and mold growth. 

 

Our seafood items are delivered to you in a cold environment of -19°C and your orders are packed in insulation bags cushioned with ice gel packs. These additional measures have been put in place to ensure maintained freshness throughout the delivery process.

Payment, Cancellation and Refund

For a seamless check out, we have provided a secure payment gateway that accepts both Visa and Mastercard. Adding on, we also accept DBS MAX.

 

To encourage cashless payment, we do not offer cash on delivery option.

Sale of orders are finalized once payment has been made and confirmed. We highly encourage our customers to verify their orders before making a purchase.  Due to the nature of our payment system, refunding processes, if eligible, will take at least 14 business working days.

 

In the event where delivered orders are deemed unacceptable, kindly contact us at +65 6412 0168 or drop an email to sales@oceanaseafood.com. Due to the nature of seafood being perishable, we are unable to retrieve any ordered items back for an exchange. We reserve the right to refuse unreasonable claims that cannot be supported with proof.

Once order is confirmed, all sales are final. We highly encourage our customers to verify their orders before making a purchase. Therefore, we do not accept cancelation of orders.
