How to make Grilled Fish with Tomato Salsa

Step 1

Place ingredients of salsa in a mixing bowl. Mix well and keep chilled till needed. 


Step 2

Heat a skillet with corn oil till smoking. 


Step 3

Lightly season the fish fillet with sea salt & black pepper crushed


Step 4

Grill both sides of the fillet till a light golden brown for approx 3mins each. 


Step 5

Remove from heat and place on presentation plate.


Step 6

Serve immediately with the tomato salsa. 


  • 70g Fresh Tomatoes Cubes 
  • 30g Scallions (Spring Onion) 
  • 15g Green Bell Pepper Chopped 
  • 15g Fresh Cilantro/ Coriander Chopped 
  • 4 tsp Fresh Lime Juice 
  • 1/8 tsp Sea Salt 
  • Dash
  • Cayenne Pepper 
  • 1 pc Sutchi Fillet 
  • 1 tbsp Corn Oil 
  • 1 tsp Fresh Lemon Juice 
  • ½ pc Chilli Padi Chopped 
  • Dash
  • Sea Salt & Black Pepper Crushed (to season)
