A little spice to tantalize your taste buds, indulge yourself in a refreshing, fuss-free meal.
Place ingredients of salsa in a mixing bowl. Mix well and keep chilled till needed.
Heat a skillet with corn oil till smoking.
Lightly season the fish fillet with sea salt & black pepper crushed.
Grill both sides of the fillet till a light golden brown for approx 3mins each.
Remove from heat and place on presentation plate.
Serve immediately with the tomato salsa.
