A full flavored meal doused in pan juices, nothing can ever go wrong with Cajun!

How to make a Pan Fried Cajun Squid Rings

Step 1

Season the squid rings with sea salt, black pepper crushed, cajun spice. 

 

Step 2

Drizzle olive oil and Mix Well. Keep in chiller to marinade for 20mins. 

 

Step 3

Heat a non-stick pan on the stove at high heat.

 

Step 4

Pan Fry the marinated squid rings both sides for approx a minute or 2

 

Step 5

Take the squid rings off the heat and squeeze some lemon juice over. 

 

Step 6

Place on presentation plate and enjoy with a touch of Mayonnaise.

  • 10g Cajun Spice 
  • Dash Sea Salt & Black Pepper Crushed (to season) 
  • 30ml Olive Oil 
  • 30ml Lemon Juice 
  • 30ml Mayonnaise
