Sautéed Shrimps with Soy Sauce

Butterfly the shrimps. Rinse the shrimps and drain away the water.
Season the shrimps with 1tbsp of light soy sauce, white pepper & sugar. Add in the corn flour and Mix Well.
Place corn oil in non-stick pan at high heat, sear the shrimps on both sides until half-cook.
Add in garlic & scallion and stir-fry until aromatic.
Add ½ tbsp of light soy sauce & ½ tbsp sesame oil to the shrimps and stir-fry until cook.
Dish out. Garnish with more scallions and serve.
